I 1st contacted Wm Green a couple of years ago on the recommendation of my sister. I was so impressed by their excellent workmanship with replacing my skylight and installing a heating cable that I called them back regarding replacing my roof. Jesse and Jack were both very professional, thorough and accomodating in providing the estimate and ensuring that the work was done according to our agreement. I felt reassured that they knew what they were talking about and that the job would be done correctly. I was grateful that my roof would not be stripped and left open to the elements for days. The crew worked in sections so that each area was recovered prior to them leaving for the day. Jack was in and out during the job ensuring that everything was done as per our agreement. The crew even came back on a saturday to finish up a few things that had been missed. Jack visited once the job was completed to ensure that I was satisfied. Everything was left very tidy at the end of the day and there was minimal damage to my gardens. I would highly recommend Wm Green roofing
They redid our roof for us and the work was done properly and as quoted. We had an additional, small job we called them to do for us this past spring but they wouldn't ever respond. I know spring is a busy time and my job wasn't an emergency but I imagined they'd get back to me at some point. I called them three times over 4 months. The first two times I explained the situation, I was assured that someone would call me right away. The last time, they were at least honest and said they'd pass the call on but couldn't say if anyone would bother to reply. I'd have to wait and see. That's a terrible way to treat anyone, much less someone who you've done business with.I get that your priorities need to be with larger customers and emergencies but at least have the courtesy to tell me that you can't or won't do the job so I can find another company who's willing to help.Word of mouth is a powerful tool and how you treat your customers is every bit as important as how well you do the job. Contacted them many times to come and give me a quote. They failed to return my call everytime. The secretary said she will have someone call me ASAP, its been 4 days still no point of contact has been made to me. Im glad im not going with them to get my roof done.
Outstanding workmanship, quality product (GAF fiberglass shingles), and most important, a great crew and supervisors. In and out in one day, they left a clean property, and were back to correct 1 minor issue same day. I'd use them again, but, unlikely to outlive the 50 year warranty.
