I was very pleased with the service, prompt and kept me well informed of their status. All furniture arrived wrapped in blankets. Movers rolled carpet protectors before moving anything into our house. Great job guys. I'll definitely be calling them for my next move.
This was our first time using Hercules Moving Company, and we will definitely be using them again & recommending them to our friends & family! We hired Hercules to move a dining table for us. The price was very good & exactly as quoted. They disassembled the table for us, and took extra care with wrapping everything for the move. When moving the table into our home, they brought protective mats for our floors and were careful not to damage anything. They also re-assembled the table in our dining room. These guys are professionals & provide excellent service.
Today I used Hercules for a non-piano move for the first time. I expected only the best service from them as Ive experienced how they treat Concert pianos and they delivered 100%. The time and cost they quoted was exactly what it took. They really know how to quote their services. No surprises....so rare in a moving company. They came over-prepared with blankets, stair coverings, wrappings, mega tape. They were not about to let anything happen to my valuable stuff. Best movers Ive ever used.....they almost take moving to an art form.
Have used the company for the 4th time and no doubt they are the best in the business. Extremely professional company providing excellent service moving the piano safely & securely. They shrink wrapped the piano & covered it in blankets to ensure the walls & floor were not damaged. I would highly recommend this company.
