Amazing customer service my daughter went in looking for Pokémon cards for her Pokémon club at school and was so excited! The man who helped us definitely went above and beyond for her!! Keeping in mind she had a small budget of $6 of her own savings so he showed her cards that were in her budget and we got 4 cards and he gave her a free poster and some free Pokémon cards that are donated by other customers to hand out!!! Thank you to the donation from Ryan! My daughter has been so excited all evening even extending her bedtime by 30 mins just to look through the cards!!!! Much love ❤️
Dmitri is the best tech person out there-honest, reasonable and a delight to chat with. I go to him for phones, laptop issues, and cables. And as an added bonus he shares his space with Brodie's Games so you can get vintage games and other cool stuff too.
My iPhone's charging port was stucked with a small piece of USB metal. I imagined it would be charged expensive if repaired. I sent it to Wireless World Canada to repair. I have been Wireless World Canada at the first time. Its technician is very polite, and professional. The iphone was fixed right away and well done and no any charge for repairing even if I repeatedly asked I would be willing to pay. I have appreciated very much with great services at Wireless world Canada.
Educated me on how tablet circuit boards worked in a way that neither bored me nor felt stiff. Finished my phone screen repair very quickly. Just an absolute gentleman runs this store and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to either repair a phone or tablet, or buy a new one. Fantastic service.
I was having a lot of difficulty with other phone repair outlets trying to replace my faulty google pixel 3a screen until I went in to Wireless World Canada. I was told by other stores that there was a shortage of these screens and that I'd have a really hard time replacing it. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the technician who helped me out, but his service was fantastic. He not only was able to replace my screen with a functional one, but he really went the extra mile to make sure everything was working properly. I will certainly be coming back for any phone/computer problems that I might have in the future.
I recently opened a competing store nearby. I stopped into this location to try to buy a battery for an iPhone 6S because of delays in shipment through Canada Post. The storefront was very well kept with a spectacular section of retro video games. The gentleman who served me was very friendly, accommodating and straight forward. I will definitely return when the need comes and recommend these folks to anyone looking for phone work. If my own business grows, I may also buy out their retro gaming section. :)
