My tv box was having issues tonight. I went into the store at 5pm by 5:20 I had a replacement loaded and on my way home plugged it in and I was live. Thank you so much KW Cellular for all your help now I can watch the game 1 of the World Series. Horrible experience guy charged me 120 for a new screen after a while the glue came off and the whole screen came off I asked him what he could do and he complained and was very rude to me and kept interrupting me, then when I told him I was partly deaf and asked him to let me speak he said he wouldn't speak to me, he also said there was no warrantly even though it was his part that came off. I spoke to another cell company in Guelph and they glued it for me kindly and I will be going with them for any further repairs.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! charged me $200 to fix my screen and turned out to be a fake iPhone screen that fell off later! fraudsters! my iPhone recognized the fake screen right away!

Extremely and unnecessarily RUDE. Searched for cell phone repair in Guelph, and this was the only one listed for 9am, so I showed up at 9:30, since i start work closeby at 10am. When I got there the sign on the door said they open 10am, but I need my phone for work, so I figured I'd wait. Well it was almost 10:10 when someone finally showed up, and told me he'd need 5 minutes to open the store. At this point I asked him if he was aware that the hours were listed as 9am. He immediately became very rude and agressive, saying that he's not going to argue with me because he's not going to let this ruin his week. I tried to explain to him that my intention was simply for his benefit, to make sure he was aware that the hours were lkisted wrong in case he might want to address that. As a business owner myself I have deep understanding for these types of technical issues. He wouldn't even let me explain that I wasn't even upset at all, and simply wanted to make him aware, but at this point his attitude got even worse. He told me if I wanted to argue with him that he was going to throw me out. I was actually shocked. We don't address our guests or customers like this in Canada. I do not know of a person born and raised in Canada that would be so disrespectful to address somebody like this. That is not how we suport each other here. This guy took a situation where I was coming from a place of understanding and went out of his way to make it an adversarial encournter. If he would have returned the sentiment of understanding, we would have come to realize together that we were both right. Upon looking into it after leaving the store I realize that on google, yes, the hours are listed as opening at 10am, but on facebook they must still have old hours listed, which is where i saw the 9am open. I searched "cell phone repair Guelph", and onn the main page of the several listings that popped up, this place of business is listed as opening at 9am, then you see a little thing beside the hours with facebook reviews. So yes the hours are listed wrong on facebook, which is showing up when i search of safari on my iphone. I actually had to do some digging to find the google listing which said 10am. Either way, I'm very happy I didn't leave my phone with the guy. Zero respect within this establishment.
Managed to break my phone screen, and he was able to get the parts and repair my phone within 24 hours. Great customer service and amazing quality. Phone is as good as new.
