I ordered a gluten free crust, make your own pizza from Toppers yesterday. I have to say, I am THOROUGHLY impressed. Every gluten free pizza I have ever had has been awful, but Toppers put the perfect amount of sauce and toppings to make it absolutely delicious. It was expensive, but for what I got, I'd pay that price over and over again.
Good variety of pizza, friendly delivery people. A little pricey as pizza goes, but worth it to get what you want.
I ordered from them before and received an email to do a survey to get a coupon for a free large pizza.Today I wanted to redeem the coupon so I placed an order online and used the coupon code which worked fine.I received an email with my receipt and a time frame of 45 minutes and a price of 38.01.Over an hour later my pizza arrived and the driver was going to charge me over 50 dollars. I showed him my receipt and told him I wasnt going to pay that amount because I wouldn't have order it if that was the case and my invoice says 38.01.He then said "whatever you pay this price"When I again stated I wasnt going to he left and scoffed at me.I called their call centre and spoke to an understanding agent, however they do not know anyone from the store because it's a call centre not the store itself.The pizza is okay there compared to a lot of other places in Guelph, but based on a lot of these reviews their Delivery needs a lot of work.
Love it here, the owner is awesome, I like the the hat stickers. The pizzas and gluten free margarita pizza is amazing! Little pricey but worth it.
Ordered pizza for delivery, the delivery guy didnt buzz our buzzer number, returned the pizza to the store, and then refused to Re-deliver it because he was done working even though the store was open for another 45 minutes, and said we had to drive in and pick it up ourselves. Then we called the store and spoke to a manager who said there was nothing he could do, the order had been cancelled and he had no pizza for my husband to pick up at the store... then made us pay full price for cold pizza that they apparently didnt cancel at all, and we had to pick up ourselves. We used to be big customers and fans, but we wont be going back. Worst customer service Ive had in a long time.
