my boyfriend and I have been here twice in the past two weeks because it was so amazing our first time, and they did not disappoint when we came back for a second visit. Everything was absolutely delicious, the rolls were all very big, they didn't cheap out. Fast service, very friendly staff and delicious sushi, you can't go wrong.
Everytime I go, there is always great service. They are super friendly and bring everything out within a reasonable time. The food and price are good and I feel good about supporting the owners. The atmosphere is good for dates as well as bringing a large party in.
Very disappointed with their service. I ordered food online through their own online ordering system at 6pm tonight and the food literally never arrived- they are now closed. I tried calling numerous times and no one answered the phone. They will never be getting service from me again.
Can't submit less than one star. Complete disregard for order that they receive clients. Showed up when there were only two tables occupied. Placed order. Just before three other groups arrived. We only got part of our order. There were 5 plates ready to be served. The first was mine. They took orders from late guests the other tables got the later plates served. I had to ask for the plate left near the prep table. When confronted about later guests being served before us they made excuses of being busy.....Really!!!! Asked to speak to manager. Staff said the manager was too busy. Seriously!!!??? Demanded to speak with manager and was still denied. Lost my appetite..and will never go or recommend this ridiculous excuse for a restaurant.
Note to Fusion: Tempura is not like the Southern style fried chicken. Tempura cooking is an art. You cannot just coated whatever in Tempura batter and deep fry it. The tempura shrimps were struck together. The Scallops in the scallop tempura were fake. Fake! This is the first time I've ever tasted a fake scallop. The charge is highest among the Japanese all you can eat restaurant (Samura, Hanami, etc.)
