The Mayor of the City of Guelph do not get back to you if you have a concern about the city, especially the public transit. It is the worst public transit I ever seen. Never on time and my daughter who depend on the public transit to go to the Guelph University is always late due because the bus is off time. Never on time. Either it will come 15 minutes before the posted time or 15 minutes after the posted time and than the time changes constantly. As for the management team of the bus company, do not care about the complaints customers make. Guelph is a beautiful city and I am very disappointed about a lot of things. I moved here to support my daughter two months ago from another great city where the buses are great. I try to encourage my two daughters to use the public transit instead of driving to places when we can avoid polluting the air.
Mayor Cam Guthrie does NOT attempt to get to the issues, they lie about petty inhuman statistics as if that's what matters over the residents of Guelph. Furthermore they have no idea where the pain and injuries of their government, or city ly. Their are no options, simply one defined "path" that the comfortable believe is enough and the uncomfortable are told to "buck up". Mayor Cam Guthrie and their caveat does not show up at any of these important issue places to ask for suggestions what so ever and most likely complain about within each other about any "threats" . To a business we are failing, to a tourism we are a tumor, to a housing market we are "min-capped". And to a street prospective we are; Impoverished, Shadowed and Miss-Represented. I'll be here to change my review and stars when I can see a bit more, that is to say: ANYTHING out of you. Good luck in the next run and: "Bite the ween."
