Worst customer service i have ever experiened. Take out too little one month then try and take out more the next without notifying you. Dont ever recommend getting insurance here.

Was just informed that my policy will be cancelled after 10+ years of made payments. ...because they had to pay out for one accident. Never mind that I was almost killed by a deer...they need better clients that dont get side swiped by deers apparently. Completely taken advantage of and abused by the system. ...clay just told me "I can't drive your car for you, so I won't be insuring you". Hanus. Thanks for the tens of thousands of dollars I've payed into my claims over the years going into your pocket and now just shovel me out. Classless business tactics, I feel quite dehumanized. One star.
Such a great team of people! They are very friendly, and are great at explaining the (sometimes) confusing world of insurance. I've been a customer for almost 10 years and I highly recommend this office!
