Stereo Untypical is true to its name. Noam is running an untypical business, which is way more than only a business. That's passion. Over two decades I purchased much audio equipment in Europe and over the years in the United States, and trust me when I say I've never even closely got that customer experience as I felt with Noam. I purchased several devices from Noam and every time I felt that always I was his top-tier customer. He is doing his best to give you professional and personal advise and let you choose the best buy depending on your budget and needs. When I purchased my first tube amp in my life from him, he made a training video on YouTube on how to set and run it. I've never seen any other Audio Gear Seller like Noam. I'm not really a big time audiophile, not a big player, and I'm not rich. I just like good sound. I encountered Noam and Stereo Untypical in that pursuit. After dealing with Noam for 1.5yrs I have come to appreciate and trust his experience and attentiveness. Noam is knowledgeable, honest, patient, unpretentious, never condescending and willing to spend time with his clients to help make their decisions. No bull___, integrity, surprisingly very competitive pricing for a smaller dealer, and genuine customer service...what a novel concept. Unfortunately this has not always been my experience in dealing audio shops/dealers. In a world where companies seem to increasingly prefer you talk to their phone services rather than their employees, its kinda nice to re-encounter some old-school service. Kinda untypical.
