I go here at least once a week (if not more) and can proudly say i’ve never had a bad experience in the slightest! I’m always so welcomed by the sweet owner as well as the staff, will definitely continue to come back :)
This is the worst convenience store in Guelph. The lady working here most of the times at counter is SO rude. Couldn’t communicate properly in English and started abusing customers for their own mistake. Very disappointed. Won’t recommend. Frustrating experience.
The store is organized well and it's easy to find stuff, but there are no labels with the prices which makes me feel like I might be paying more for stuff.
Visited this place recently and noticed that it is under new ownership - thankfully so seeing as the previous owners weren't very polite. The new owners are extremely pleasant, helpful, and welcoming! The convenience store is clean, organized, and stocked with fairly-priced items catered to meet the needs of any customer. - They even have helium balloons for special occasions like birthdays and other personal celebrations! Also, the store is conveniently located in the same plaza as the movie theatre, so it's a great place to pick up last minute snacks before seeing the movie hehe ?.
