Fantastic service! We bought a used phone from Datamatrix 16 months ago and it has been great. This week it stopped charging and cleaning the charging port didn't help. We went to purchase a replacement phone from Datamatrix and the owner suggested he check it for us first to see if he could fix it. Sure enough, a good cleaning by a professional and the phone charges just fine again. Not only did he not charge us for the cleaning, he lost a sale. He could have swindled us but he was honest and helpful. We will definitely be back for our next phone when it's actually needed. Highly recommend.
Bought a Google Pixel from here, was fine with it till I turned it on to find out it was a phone with a recall. The recall was in regards of the battery depleting power very fast, in other words the phone only being usable while plugged into a charger. I called one of the guys there to ask about a refund, or a replacement of equal value, any compromise, as I was in their contract that states within 31 days I can return if something is wrong that I haven't caused. The guy said "that's not our problem, you gotta take it up with Google"... I looked into it and I would've paid a quarter of what I paid for this phone. Absolute garbage service. Would never recommend. Stay far away.

Stop fooling idiot crooks it's on my receipt where it Clearly says NEW. Best buy is returning your garbage and we getting refunded as they were shown at branch what it was suppose to be and what we got. Bought a phone through these guys from best buy online was suppose to be new and when opened box it was used with fading color and screen almost falling off crooks. New doesn't mean refurbished ?
