I was there Thursday Oct 20 - I had 3,separate outfits for grandkids- lady I front of me had 3 things - 1 cashier open with a lady that had about 40 items - man working slowly on cash - yakking - I put my articles all on the 3rd empty cashier and walked out - so did the lady in front of me - surely you can do better
Urban Planet (Stone Road Mall) is one of my go-to spots for clothing. They have such a variety of styles, and the prices are always very reasonable. I especially love that there’s always a deal or promotion going on, which makes shopping even more enjoyable. Whether I’m looking for casual wear or something for a night out, I can usually find exactly what I need here.
*EDIT - I emailed WEEKS ago, and still no response. This speaks volumes about management and the employees utter lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction* (They also deleted their initial response to me here on google, which stated that I should email them… Clearly they are not interested in listening to any constructive feedback). I experienced HORRID and unprofessional “customer service” (if you can even call it that) from some employees at this location. The floor supervisor was shouting and scolding customers out of the door before close. She was shouting at other employees as well, I felt bad for them. It was a very uncomfortable experience and many other customers were visibly disturbed. I understand everyone would like to leave around closing time, but this unprofessional conduct was disturbing. The floor supervisor was screaming so loud to and with other employees, it sounded like a party / some sort of altercation was happening. I reached out to the company over email and have not heard anything back. It is apparent from these reviews that I am not the only one who had a negative interaction at this location. It’s a shame, because the clothes are affordable and cute and not ALL of the staff, are rude - a gentleman helping me in the change room was very kind and courteous. Unfortunately, the one person (floor supervisor out of all people!!!) ruined my perspective on this location. I’d rather drive to a further store than interact with this childish behaviour here again. Management should really reconsider their choice of staff if they want to keep any customers.
Warning, Don’t buy anything there The prices aren’t real They are scam They put T-shirts in 70percent discount but they charged me 40 percent discount and when I wanted to return it They didn’t accept I’ll never buy anything there Pls look at their responds? I need my money I don’t need your apologies ?

WARNING DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!! I was shopping there today and they tried to scam me. They put shirts on the $5 rack discounted. So I took two and When I went to pay they tried to charge me full price for the clothes which was $20. I believe they are doing this on purpose to trick people. I used to like shopping there but I don't trust them anymore.
Great style of clothing for men and woman. Awesome playboy line Aldo I have many of the outfits comfortable and very sTylush to wear. Sales are awesome
