Overall good experience. Although there was a bit of a problem with the details of trading in my leased vehicle (took a bit longer at the dealership than anticipated), we were still able to come to an agreement that both sides were happy with. Staff was really nice and accommodating, shout out to Rickardo as he was a pleasure to deal with.
