This place is very dirty!! There are a bunch of strange looking men playing pool in the back...very sketchy!! Women stay away. Very unclean and unsanitary place...find another cafe.
I had a very weird experience here compared to the other reviews I have read. First, the lady serving had no clue what flavours of tea were available when my friend asked. Next, when I ordered a coffee—and only a coffee—I was told that it would be delivered to my table. This took 5 minutes, and upon delivery, I found that my coffee was black when I had ordered it with one cream. I will note as well that the lady asked for my order and interacted with someone else in the store, causing her to forget my order...forgivable. Lastly, the wifi password wasn't posted anywhere, so we had to ask for it. Our server did not know the password and had to record it on a napkin for us. There was a group of people in the back playing billiards which made the experience a bit weirder. It almost felt like this business was a front of some sort. Perhaps we caught them on a bad day! I am not trying to denigrate this cafe; just trying to share my unexpected experience.
Love to pick up a coffee here on a Saturday morning. Come to watch your premier league games, chat with local folks and try some great food. The owner is the kindest man and we look forward to seeing him every time.
L'angolo was the best experience ive had for a cafe, the space is very clean and the employees are super friendly. I had the cappachino, and the kitcha fit fit breakfasts option, and man was it amazing. I highly recommend visiting L'angolo.
