I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Fix Auto Guelph. After being rear-ended, I brought my car in, they fixed it on time, and you would never know it had been damaged. The paint matching was flawless, the body repair is seamless, and the car looks brand new again. From the moment I dropped it off to the moment I picked it up, the customer service was top-notch, friendly, professional, and communicative the entire way. I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.
At first glance, I was happy with how my car looked when I picked it up. The receptionist was super friendly. However, after taking a closer look, I noticed more dents and scratches than I remember being there when I dropped it off. What’s even more frustrating is that there’s now an issue with my door handle that wasn’t a problem before that can’t be fixed…I now have to take time out of my own schedule to go to Toyota and have it looked at and fixed. Overall, frankly I’m pretty disappointed with the experience and expected better care and attention to detail.
Replacement of my rear bumper. 1st thing is they lost my remote start key! And now I encountered alot of defects on their work. Lock not secured and small cover and other accessories they removed to replace my rear bumper are not properly took off and installed. Lock of the cover are broken and starting to came out of place! This is not what I expected
So far not impressed but I wait to see how my truck will look. I was told they have to use substandard used parts because of insurance company and insurance company tells me I should talk to adjuster...just a lot of shuffling the buck. As always the victim gets the shaft and the insurance companies and repair shops get rich.....truck took a little longer than expected but I must admit for a black vehicle the body work is impressive. Usually black shows any imperfection but the truck looks great! The staff was pleasant and courteous. Turned out to be not a bad experience but still not happy with the insurance company.
Had my frs in to repair the rear wheel well. Took 2-3 weeks. The seams in the bumper are way out to the point that it's a eye sore and the paint doesn't match nice at all. They didn't feel like unbolting my $600 diffuser so I have tones of over spray. Rough edges from taking the tape or something off all along the passenger door seam. My tail lights developed a big leak after getting my car back. This one is my fault but still wrong on them, I had a $100 bill in a envelope I forgot in my car and of course that was gone. Tried contacting them directly but never got a response. Definitely wont be back!
