All the staff were super friendly and had my car ready two days sooner than anticipated. They even did a full detail on my vehicle upon returning it! Best experience I’ve had at any auto body shop, would highly recommend.

George and staff are all very friendly and helpful but special mention goes to Dash their one of a kind greeter. Made my day! No one looks forward to needing a body repair shop, but when I do need one, I am glad CarStar is there. I have used them several times over the decades and will continue to turn to them when the need arises.
The service was amazing and efficient! George’s staff completed the work in 1/3 of the quoted time and got us back into the car faster. Everyone was so friendly and personal and their work is impeccable. I would definitely use them again for insurance claims as well as anything else that could arise in the future. I’m pretty sure even the inside of my car was cleaner than when I left it there :) Thanks so much!
In an attempt to get my business they talked trash about other body shops while I was there to get a quote. I don't trust a company that feels the need to put down other companies to get your business.
Above and beyond service - I'd highly recommend CarStar Guelph! Update: I've used their services twice. The second time there was an issue (molding fell off replaced door six months after replacement) they replaced it on the spot no charge and apologized for the inconvenience.
