I came to the store to pick our a dress for a wedding fir my daughter and was helped by a amazing associate named Brenda. She was extremely knowledgeable and constant, friendly and overall wonderful! Highly recommend you visit and have her help you ot if you are in need of a nice outfit!
I came to Laura's at the Stone Road Mall to look for a dress to wear to my cousin's wedding. I was help by the most amazing, kind and fabulous associate Brenda. She helped me select a number of stunning dresses and pick out the best one. Not only that l, they had a giftcard promotion that she used to help me get some savings when the dress I loved and looked the best in, was the most expensive. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brenda. If you need a dress or anything else, she is your girl!!! Thank you Brenda!!!
In 2024, I got married at Guelph City Hall and wore a white dress from Laura that we bought online. It came with a cover for the dress to protect it. I loved it! It was beautiful and simple. I love my wedding pics in it! It was a plus size. It’s wrinkled now after being washed, if ironed then it will look smooth again.
Sadly the customer service give me the message that they don't want to sell nothing to me.... Too many negatives, nothing friendly for a gift receipt. Also the two lady's were not attentive to help when I was sorting.
Great service and great selection. The staff is super helpful and attentive, but gives you enough space to look around at your own pace. Great selection for work and casual wear. I get lots of compliments on the pieces I ended up purchasing. I try to pop into the store whenever I'm in the area.
The single worst experience ever! Went in to browse and was hounded by what turned out to be the manager. She would not leave me alone and after 15 minutes i felt i was being racially profiled. After 15 minutes I had to ask her to actually socially distance before i asked her name and for the manager. Was shocked that she claimed to be the manager. Will not be shopping there again. very disappointing and disturbing
A 5 star rating was my experience after being in the store several times. I had 3 different people assist me on different days & all of them were exceptionally helpful, friendly, attentive making valuable suggestions without being pushy. This is one of the few stores at the mall that women over 40 can look for age appropriate clothing. Thank you
