This is extremely disrespectful. Amateurish and disturbing behavior. Leaving very rude notes on people's cars, saying their car is "annoying" if they've simply parked in front of the store... My car is in 1 parking space, not in handicap, not obstructing anyone. Maybe ask politely you'd like me to park on the other side? It's not about what you say, it's how you say it. If I'm so annoying, I can shop for my wine at LCBO instead. Receive better treatment. We have family who also purchase wine from Chartelli's. Will be telling him to go elsewhere. Totally uncalled for to go around someone's car, touching their property too.
We got our wine for our wedding with Chartelli’s and had a great experience! The wine was so good and it was affordable too. The staff are so knowledgeable. I was also a little last minute with my wedding planning in general and they were still able to help me which was truly appreciated. Catherine was so helpful with making our selections, and also with the labels. Bottling and corking the wine was a fun experience and Eric was so great to chat with! I would recommend them and definitely purchase from them again in the future.
This was our first time experiencing consumer made wine and it was amazing! We are sold for life now! The team has been amazing and so open to our questions and educating us on the process! The product tastes amazing and works out to be an incredible price for the quality that you get. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!
