Love this local gem of a hobby store. From midnight video game releases to new TCG drops, everything is always done smoothly, fair, and with great service. Highly recommend this store and looking forward to coming back again and again.
Videogames, Collectibles, Trading Card Games .. . This place is my first choice always. Phenomenal Staff, highly personable and knowledgeable. One of the only stores that acknowledges MSRP and me and my kids are fully appreciative. Awesome place, check it out!
Best place in Guelph for Video Games and Pokemon Cards. Half my giant collection must be from this store :) They have a good selection with great prices. Always find my Pokemon cards here at MSRP unlike most places in the area. Microplay rocks!
If you want to get Pokémon cards THIS is the place to go! They have good prices and always have them in stock when I visit. I would definitely recommend going here for cards than anywhere else. As well they have good items and a lot of 3DS games.
Microplay is one of the few stores I genuinely enjoy going to now a days especially when looking for tcg product, finding at MSRP with no mark up when it’s available and having the workers always be so kind is what feels like a once in a lifetime opportunity! keep up the great work!
I love love LOVE this place. Been shopping here for Pokemon since I moved to Guelph years ago! even with the current climate of the community they still sell at MSRP and they are great guys. Great people, always super friendly, and here to help out. I will continue to support this place and I will always be coming back
Came today to trade in some games. Was offered a decent price, but truthfully I think they can work on their customer service. I have been in this store a total of 5 times before today, and have bought a few small things. I am almost never acknowledged by the staff when I come in. When I arrived today, the staff member was working with other customers . Not a problem. So I wait my turn. After he finishes ringing up the last customer, I continue to wait at the counter. He saw me bring in stuff to trade, so he knew I was waiting. He played on the computer for a minute or two, still not acknowledging I was there. And I had to ask him if he had time to see me, to which he rolls his eyes and tells me to come over. Good, small store. Decent prices. But do not seem super friendly , unless you are a regular and spend a bunch of money.
