76$ for a tire patch on a car tire that was dropped off, and it took 3 days. That's 3x more than I've paid at any other OK tire...yikes. **" -The invoice is grossly incorrect in description of work or service dates, thats fraudulent. We are protected by the consumer protection act in Canada, I will go that route.. and in response to your phoning me yesterday, do not contact me again, I vote with my dollars and won't be back to this shop..100 other shops in this town that likely won't be rude or dishonest.
Ok, see lots of 5 star reviews for this place so here's what they're really like, a while back I came in here to get a specific tire to match the other 3 on my truck because they said they had one, I paid, they took the truck in and replaced a tire, then returned the truck to me...problem was, even though the tire was the same make etc the manufacturer had completely changed the tire ( like a new model car) a total and complete mismatch, can't drive like that, probably illegal, so I told them to take it off and refund my money as this was a little ridiculous that they would even install it without consulting me ( as I was sitting 15ft away) things start to get heated as they refused to do as I had asked and they then kicked me out and called the cops on me, anyway, after waiting for the cop for hours, he shows up, agrees with me and tells them to do as I had asked, while I had to wait outside because I'm now trespassed from the property, anyway, got my old tire and some $500+ back and left, obviously, I never went back and neither should you.
I've gone to a lot of mechanics over the years and have never felt the ease and content as I do with the professionals at OK Tire in Guelph. Thank you for keeping me safe on the road! Great people to get the job done and done right! You will have my continued support!
I went here not knowing them or what exact tire would be best for me. Jennifer was patient, worked through all my options with me (not just looking for profit) and found me some tires I am very happy with for a great price. Highly recommend this place and her.

The worst decision i have ever made to visit them. Where the two different employee are telling different prices. Disgusting behaviour of employee to customers.
My wife has used OK tire for at least 5 years and I have switched to them since my warranty on new vehicle expired. We have always been treated well here. Jim and Lisa are knowledgeable, friendly and honest. You never feel like you are being ripped off or oversold on unnecessary maintenance. All the the staff there are helpful and sincere in their dealings with you. They recently helped me with a warranty issue with my current vehicle that could have cost me a LOT of money. If you're looking for a good, honest and fair auto repair shop try OK Tires.
