Jeff and his crew came to my rescue as my husband was taken ill and I couldn't deal with the pool. And to be clear - the household resident most often using the pool was our wonder Lab Parker. Here he is sleeping after a long swim! Jeff got the pool back in working order and kept it clean for the rest of our season - for which I am so grateful.
Jeff & Josie and the Team at Guelph Pool Guy are simply amazing. Service is amazing, communication is fantastic and quality of work is top notch. I use them to clean and service my pool, but i ran into an issue with the original installation from another company and Jeff jumped in to help (no pun intended). The other company just blew me off after my new pool installation. I asked Jeff if he knew anyone that could help, and he immediately organized a team and got my issue resolved. I have been fighting my issues with the other pool company for over a year, Jeff found the issue and had it fixed in a couple short weeks. These guys are the real deal, old school amazing customer service. If you need a pool company, do not look any further, this is it.
Jeff was going to replace the liner on my very poorly maintained pool in the yard of a house I recently bought. He was very helpful with ideas to help keep the costs down. In the end, I decided we are not going to repair the pool and are going to fill it in, Jeff recommended a company to do that work and returned my deposit for the liner. I'm not sure what else you could really hope for! I will absolutely use his company if I ever have another pool in the future
Jeff has been a life saver many times , for my pool. From fixing my leaks to turning my pool from green to crystal clear. For the past 16 years Jeff has opened and closed my pool, changed the liner, serviced my pump etc... Thank you very Much ?
