Unfortunately they don't really seem to have much passion for what they do. All film scans come back rotated in a variety of ways and out of order. To top if off, they name files the same thing in film club website so when you go to download the images they don't all download due to the duplicate name. When I emailed them about this issue got no reply, so I had to manually download one image at a time (because their software only let's you download ONE or ALL). Unfortunately I will have to find an alternative film shop now, someone that takes pride in what they do, even though I will have to go out of my way.
I had 30 pictures in my phone that I wanted to print for a wall collage. I didn't want to go to Walmart or staples . I wanted quality photos like good old days,so I searched around & decided to go with foto source. I am super happy with my pictures. They came out AMAZING. "Miyuru " was fantastic & he is the one who did everything in the store & made them ready to be printed. Thank you so so much. I LOVE the outcome ? By the way the staff is super friendly.
Went for professional photo required for immigration services but it came out very bad that my lawyer just rejected it in one go and told me to go for professional photographer for the same because he thought may be I have captured it by myself at home from my phone due to it’s inappropriate size, angle of eyes, head and shoulder alignment and too much bright white background as if I have applied a filter on it. Has to go for another photo at somewhere else. Money got wasted. Also the photographer didn’t give any guidance whether it is looking fine on the camera or not before capturing it and he was very hurried to capture and just showed me in a very quick way just for formality that I didn’t get it because he was in so much hurry.
I have been coming here for several years. Every time the job is done properly. Film developed, digital prints, photo mugs for gifts, custom framing for a different sized poster (not cheap) but an amazing job…custom photo calendar. The staff is also amazing, really friendly.
I was assured that the scanning of a slide would be ready in 5 days. When I arrived, the work had not been started. The resulting photo from the slide was blurry and cloudy. Very disappointed!?
