I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Customer Service representative Allie for going above and beyond to help me after 5 PM on a Friday. I was delayed due to an accident on the 401 and was worried because we’re traveling on Monday for vacation, and our little guy Charlie wouldn’t have had his much-needed medication. I’m incredibly grateful for the care, understanding, and for staying open past closing time to help us. I also really appreciate the pharmacist taking the time to answer my questions after hours. Thank you both so much!
Horrible experience. Spoke with Scott the “pharmacist “ regarding meds I received for my dog that were obviously not comparable to the original prescription from the vet , she had a seizure a day ago while on them and he summed it up along with her cortisol levels increasing to her being “stressed “ . Her cortisol levels since being on the Trilostane compound by them have increased significantly. Had to go to emergency today and be put back on Vetoryl. Great customer service from this “pharmacist” compared to the Internal Medicine vet in Halifax who I’m sure has a tad more experience. A simple “I’m sorry “ and a refund would have been great rather than the attitude.
Been going there for years and always receive excellent care. They fill meds quickly that can’t be obtained at a conventional pharmacy. Now only if our government would cover compounded medication - it shouldn’t be an out of pocket expense for medically necessary (and expensive) medication!
They’ve been extremely helpful and wonderful to deal with. They ship my dog’s medication as we are not that close to Guelph. They also double check everything to ensure accuracy as we deal with different vets.
Unfortunately can not recommend Had my vet give needed information for a medication prescribed; had to wait over a week for it to be delivered yet after a day of waiting and talking off work to insure I got my medication for my animal it NEVER came. I’m tired of the wait and lack of information given to those who have an order. Go somewhere else if you have an option
