The staff was friendly but I'm not to pleased with the products I bought. I had bought grey hairspray and black tooth paint. All for $11. I'd say that's a pretty good price. However, when I got home to try my tooth paint, the interior was completely dry and the brush was stuck in the solidified paint. I'm not sure if I would ever buy cosmetics here again judging by this

I recently visited Party Plus to pick up some balloons, and overall it was a pretty good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the visit pleasant. The pricing was fair at 45 cents per balloon, which is reasonable. As for the quality, the balloons were decent — not the best I’ve come across, but they did the job. If you’re looking for a quick party supply stop with helpful service and fair prices, Party Plus is worth checking out.
If you buy foil balloons elsewhere, they can be filled here with a charge per balloon for the helium ($6-8 each depending on size). Be aware that if your balloon breaks while their staff are filling, full price is still charged.
This is the second time I've been here, and both times, I was treated like I was going to steal. Never coming back again. Most recent one is that I asked for red invitation cards, and the lady brought them out from a box. I wanted to have a closer look, and she quickly put them back in the box. I didn't even know if I liked them yet, but my mind was made up for me. Appalling service.

Really great selection of party supplies in West End of Guelph. I used to go to other places and then I would still end up here. Now I start here and get almost everything I need. Got last minutes supplies for a Mexican Fiesta here. They had lots of product and options and the staff were really helpful.
