Bad Service...Totally ignored I think because it was busy and we had a table of 6 so waitress knew she was guaranteed a tip as it is included on the bill. We wanted a 6:30 reservation but were told they were full and had to take 7. Got there and the room was 1/3 full and still appetizers & drinks (lousiest Mojito EVER, if you cant make it don't say you can)! , took ages and the mains were close to an hour. Food was good , as long as you stuck to Pizza ...I had The Salmon and it was Flavourless, Rubbery and a waste of good money. So although I have had good experiences at Manhattan's--- I'm totally disappointed I took my guests there and afraid that it is going downhill. Even the live "Music".
If I lived more locally I would definitely visit more. The food is delicious and the serving staff are excellent and efficient. It's quite lovely to eat to live music. The cheesecake and desserts are great, definitely recommend them.
Went ther for a birthday, the food was amazing. Never had better pizza before and the serving size was well worth the price. Went on a friday night and they had live entertainment. The owner came out and introduced them. Got a little loud once they started playing but you were still able to talk at your table. Wish I lived in Guelph so I could visit more often.
Good food, live music. A really neat place! The Mediterranean pasta was exceptionally good; the sauce was so nice.
Horrible horrible service. Waitress was the worst I've ever experienced. I suggest people stay away from this place. Two hour dining window, waitress wanted to take our food order before taking our drink order. We didn't get our bread until 1/2 way through dinner. Waitress brought the desert menu then disappeared. We never got a chance to order it. Ordered a second bottle of wine, it didn't come until our two hour dining window was up. Then we were told we had to leave the table because the other group were waiting. If we had better service we would have been finished. The manager had a pathetic attitude and didn't care either way, he was more interested in leaning up against the wall - he didn't move the entire time we were there. If you want mediocre food and horrible service then by all means go to this place, but I would suggest you take a pass.
