I can't say enough about this place! I pulled in at 11am on a Saturday with some noisy brakes. Despite a full schedule in the middle of tire season, the day before the first snow, they squeezed me in to the schedule since brakes can be a critical safety issue. They got the car in right away to diagnose the issue and told me within minutes that I needed new front brakes. They did the work in under 90 minutes. They clearly have a "well-oiled" business, and know how to work efficiently, which gives me a lot of trust. I can't recommend them enough.
First time at Speedy. I contacted them to look at my loud and rumbling muffler & they kindly squeezed me in before the holiday. I was a few minutes late for my appointment, so I had to wait, which I quite respected. It was quickly evident what an efficient shop that they run & there's no accommodating tardiness. I was prepared for the worst with my muffler, but they explained the problem and an extremely reasonable and affordable solution. They custom cut and welded a sleeve over the hole, rather than replacing the whole muffler. I got in/out within a couple of hours with a bill less than $150. Everyone there, including their customers, were exceptionally kind and friendly. It was obvious how well respected this shop is & I now understand why. They will be my first call for any future repair needs!
Last year my partner called and called trying to get an appointment to change our tires and it took weeks to get a response, and then when we finally got an appointment, they wrecked our tire and took zero responsibility to try and make it right. Definitely wouldn't recommend :/
Booked an appointment for an oil change and specified that I wanted to wait for my vehicle (hoping I wouldn't have to wait too long). Waited in the office for 10 minutes for an employee to actually approach me, despite the two mechanics on shift making eye contact and deliberately ignoring me. I was told the oil change would take 2-3 hours as they "made other promises to customers". I explained I had an appointment scheduled, to which the employee then actually checked the system for my name. He then said it would take 45 minutes. It was obvious they were overbooked as there were only 2 mechanics working. After 10 minutes, when they hadn't even moved my car yet, I asked for my keys back and explained I would go somewhere else. The older employee was very rude and condescending, treating me like I was stupid and knew nothing about cars. Would not recommend this place AT ALL. What is the point of making an appointment if they don't even stick to the appointment times?? You would think they would prioritize clients who booked over walk-ins...
Brought my car in due to not having any heat coming through the vents. Within minutes they discovered that my glove box was over stuffed! Honest mechanic!! Extremely pleasant staff and a very clean environment. Definitely will be the first call I make the next time I need a mechanic.
