I was calling to see if I could come 5 minutes early to pick up my personal belongings, instead of being polite or accommodating the lady yelled at me and called me Theresa, said to go write another bad review. Well I am writing a bad review now cause as you can see Im not Theresa. If you are on the phone with a customer and dont know who they are I wouldnt recommend yelling at them and accusing them of things another person did. I can see on a Sunday you allowed a customer to get their car even tho you were closed and you wouldnt let me on the lot just 5 minutes early so I can make it to work on time? Not accommodating to all customers clearly
When they helped me with an accident and had to pick up the pieces they went above and beyond to deliver it to their yard, then to an adjuster and back again. They are the most professional towing company i have ever dealt with. Great ppl and would recommend them to anybody.
My son was towed here and I was expecting the prototypical tow company aggravation. The lady who took care of us, was not only polite, but made sure we could get the vehicle back on a Sunday afternoon, even though they were closed. I honestly hope I don't have go to this tow yard again , for obvious reasons, but I would highly recommend Bob's towing to anyone who is looking for good fair service.
Terrible service. Company lacks integrity and any concern for customer. Save yourself a headache and STAY AWAY!
Amazing service. My car slid into the ditch and the truck driver got me out immediately. Was super kind and even followed me down the road to ensure my car was driving smoothly and I didnt end up in the ditch again. Highly recommend this tow trucking service.
