In a very stressful situation, Mike really took care of us we couldnt be happier with him. We hired Mike to handle the sale of our house just the standard paperwork. Two days before closing, we had some issues with the buyers wanting to hold back funds after noticing some water damage (despite having waived their right to a home inspection). Mike and his colleagues handled everything. Within 3 hours of me calling him, Mike had a contractor at our house to assess the situation. He was incredibly responsive, (which was even more impressive given that he away at a conference throughout the whole situation). Im usually a pretty high-strung person and the sale of our house was at stake but he and his colleague, Jessica, put me at ease. They called me with updates as soon as they heard anything from the other lawyer, keeping us fully in the loop. In fact, instead of freaking out, I was telling my realtor not to worry because Mike was handling it.In the end, the situation didnt cost us a dime. Mike Henley is the best, period. He is always quick to respond and helpful with any issues we have.
