I cannot believe the customer service I have experienced with Zak. He cares so much about his clients and will bend over backwards to make people happy. Zak custom made mine and my fiance's wedding bands and they are absolutely perfect. He has been there every step of the way to ensure my engagement ring is well maintained and taken care of. We will always come to Zak for our jewelry in the future!
I recently visited Zak at Zak's Jeweller's to have my engagement ring/band cleaned and reset with a new centre diamond. The ring was passed down to me by my grandmother and therefore, I did not trust it to be left with just anybody. I am SO happy that I brought it into Zak's Jeweller's as the customer service was beyond fantastic and the ring turned out beautiful.
