So happy with my new Bullfrog hot tub from World of Hot Tubs!! The whole experience was seamless and we appreciated the knowledge and expertise of all of the staff!
I called World of Hot Tubs as I required a hot tub repair to an existing tub in my yard. I spoke with Simon, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He spent approximately 15 minutes on the phone with me trying to troubleshoot my issue. Simon truly went above and beyond assisting me. In this day and age, where everything is so costly, Simon just came across as a really great guy just trying to help out a tub owner in need. A huge thank you goes out to Simon, and because of my interaction with him, I definitely will be working with World of Hot Tubs moving forward!
This place is the best spot in town for all your Hot Tub needs! Kirby was so helpful when I stopped by to inquire about a new hot tub cover. I decided to order a new cover and lifter and got it in 7 weeks! Getting these things made takes a little bit of time as they are custom to your hot tub. Got it installed in no time and now Im enjoying a beautiful high quality cover made right here in Canada! I highly recommend stopping at World of Hot Tubs Guelph if your looking for supplies, covers, accessories or a new hot tub! They have it all!
UPDATE (Nov 2/23). I still obtain my supplies from WOHT and the new owners still honour the previous owners customer discount. So today I picked up the tube water drainer gizmo and let me tell you, I should have bought this ages ago! Although my tub is easy to drain, the panel, where we have the tub situated can be a bit of a nuisance. It took less than 20mins to fully drain with this gizmo drainer thing and it suctioned out all the little pebbles at the bottom too. Another plus is the hose is long enough to drain away from house and a controlled drain so I highly recommend for any hot tub. Well worth the price. And lastly the service as always was great! I would definitely buy from them again and I have no hesitancy in recommending to friends, family or anyone looking for a hot tub, service and after-purchase product sales. We’re new to hot tubs so I did the research on where to purchase and landed on World of Hot Tubs Guelph (WOHT). Even during the pandemic and the excessive demand for hot tubs, they were great. Chantelle was amazing on explaining things and we landed on the basic DreamMaker EZ Spa as a starter. When it arrived in stock, we weren’t quite ready and again, they were amazingly accommodating and together we found a mutually agreeable date to install. The installation was seamless. The crew were polite, professional and clearly enjoyed their job. They filled it, got the chemicals in and gave us a tutorial to keep it running smoothly. We’ve followed their guidance and it’s been wonderful to use and not complicated to keep clean. It’s a small but practical tub which is exactly what we were looking for. Thanks to Chantelle, Christian, Dan, Tom and everyone at WOHT, they made our experience a very pleasant one. For a very small group of staff, they take on many roles and really go out of their way to help their customers. That’s rare these days and totally appreciated. Thanks WOHT for exceeding my expectations and making my husband’s gift to him for his tired muscles and back very happy. Count on us to return when we’re ready to graduate up!
The guys were very patient with us, going in and out multiple times over the last year. Once we decided on the model we wanted, it was nothing but great service from start to finish. Working with us through the pandemic, they were always helpful!!! Highly recommend these guys when searching for a hot tub!!! Installation was fun yet professional!!

Too bad we can't give more than 5 stars... We purchased our hot tub from World of Hot Tubs in 2011, and have experienced nothing but amazing service ever since. The installation of our hot tub in the spot we needed it in our yard was very tricky, and they placed it perfectly. Every interaction since then has been a pleasant experience with friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service from everyone we have dealt with. Prices are very fair (we have checked a few times just for comparison, and always purchased from World of Hot Tubs). Recently we had an issue with the control panel, and Christian and Tom went way above and beyond to help us deal with the issue. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
