It has supplements that you can't purchase elsewhere in Guelph. I bought L-tyrosine today. Before I went to Metro's, I went to shoppers, Zehrs, and called multiple supplement retail stores, yet, none of them have it. This is a place to go to if you really understand what you need. Btw, the ladies who work there are super nice!
They used to be very helpful and an excellent resource for finding a variety of natural health products. Here's hoping their current incompetence, laziness, and surliness is just a product of a difficult time. Treating long-time, loyal customers like they are a nuisance and blaming them for their own mistakes is disgusting.
