Guelph Saultos is a wonderful facility, very clean establishment with a talented staff that goes above and beyond. My daughter loves her instructor Maggie! Highly recommended.
I would give them 0 star. Their trainers are unfriendly and unprofessional, don’t know how to manage. Last week there was construction going during classes and people were going back again and again inside and outside . Without caring of kids playing there . Don’t leave your kids here .
Unfortunately, I cannot post a nonstar review. My daughter is 6 years old and goes there. The teacher who is giving the class doesn't care or pay attention if the kids are following her directions to perform the steps and moves properly, as if the kids are playing in a park with no supervision.
The facility is good however they don't have the policy to give the make-up class even though I notice them 3 weeks ahead. My family has to fly to USA 2 weeks so I asked them to skip 2 classes but they didn't support. So you have to be well planed when you register for your kid. The tuition fee is high and you will loose it if your kid can't attend the class.
My daughter and I took Saultos’ ‘Parent and Tot’ class this spring and loved it!! Paula was amazing and the classes progressed along with their skill set. Cannot wait for ‘Look at me I’m 3’ in September!!!
Had my daugthers 4th birthday here.. kids had a great time, however, the instructors are all young, uninterested in the job they're there to do, and failed to inform us ahead of time that only 2 adults were allowed in the party room.. this resulted in 3/4 of our party having to sit in the viewing area while the kids opened gifts and ate. Not t mention the party after ours, all the adults went into the party room with no problem. Not overly happy with the experience myself, but the kids had fun so 3 stars it is
my family really misses the drop-in infant and toddler gymnastics program, it was such a fun experience for my daughter. Looking forward to more fun in the future at this gym!
