the customer service was horrible. I overheard staff speaking badly about a customer who had calmly called to ask about his order, after not receiving a confirmation or tracking number. Instead of helping, the staff spoke about him disrespectfully without muting the call. Management then lied about the interaction, claiming he was rude and belligerent which was completely untrue. Lying about a customer’s behavior and not taking accountability shows poor business ethics and reflects the true character of both the management and staff. The entire experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. I would not recommend shopping here.
Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They miss their own 5–10 day shipping window, then act like I’m the problem for following up. Guy says, “Why’s this guy bothering us already?” and hangs up. Clowns running a golf shop. Pathetic.
