A very negative, unhealthy experience here. From my first contact with this funeral home to interaction years later, there were constant arguments, some of which resulted in threatened action by my lawyer to gain cooperation. With what should have been a very ordinary, loving, family funeral, my experience with this funeral home left more pain than the death of my son. The funeral director was adamant about her plans for our family funeral; was a cold fish, disrespectful, uncaring, self-serving, indifferent.
Been to to many funerals here, wish I hadn't but this home makes it a little easier to handle. Central location in Guelph, well run and respectful.
