My family and I have been buying sausages here for years, but since the new owners took over in December 2024, the quality has gone downhill fast. The recipe has clearly changed—what used to be a flavorful, authentic Italian sausage now tastes like a cheap Schneider’s product. They’re full of filler, shrink dramatically when cooked, and completely lack the rich taste this place was once known for. On top of that, the customer service is just as disappointing as the product. Sadly, we won’t be returning.
Excellent service . Purchased a whole prosciutto with a bone in. Best prosciutto I ever eat in my life , and I tried lots of different ones. On the top it was reasonably priced.
There hot pepperoni isn't hot an is expensive and full if fat chucks. Went on there website and can't even contact them. If you are going to advertise as hot at least put something in it. Its very bland
Guelphs little hidden treasure. Homemade style and quality makes this Deli a rare find. Excellent prices and a variety of grocery items is why you gotta shop here. ❤
I have had the privilege of travelling through Italy multiple times and I have never had soppressata this good in my life. Whatever these cats are doing is working and if you like salami you have found the right people! 99/10 would eat my body weight in salty meats again.
This company has been in business for years, and produce quality products and great pricing. Best fresh sausage around .Would highly recommend them.... if they would extend retail hours a bit, that would be even better!
Mixed review as the products are always excellent, the problem is the staff working in the retail area. Several times now I have gone to pick up some items on a Saturday when they close at 1pm. I got there at 12:45pm and the lady did not want to serve me any deli meats as she said she already cleaned the cutting machines. If your store hours are open until 1pm this must mean they can service you all areas that they offer until that time. It is a normal business practice in retail that you do not clean up until the store actually closes. The lady was basically willing to loose business for this. Eventually after complaining to her that we drove across town she agreed to serve us (after complaining herself and huffing and puffing). If you are open until 1pm that means you are FULLY open until 1pm, not only partially open! Close at 1230pm then if 1pm is too late for you to be there to clean the machines. This lady was so rude.
