So all I can say is I would ? recommend without question take your MacBooks to Mac Daddy Guelph. He was able to fix a laptop that had water damage 6 months ago and we were told by multiple different sources… including Apple… It was unfixable. It was a last ditch effort before we disposed of it … but he fixed it and did all the prep work for free! Don’t bother bringing your Mac Book to anyone else!!. He is honest, fast and a miracle worker! Soooo impressed and relieved. Thank you!!!
Called 3 days prior to dropping off my MacBook for a battery replacement. Messaged him day off to confirm, advised he ordered the incorrect battery for my computer and would need to reschedule the following day and never heard back from him. Poor communication and not very reliable.
If I could give Handel more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I thought I had water damage to my BRAND NEW Macbook Air so I took it to him and he was able to take it apart and reassure me that nothing was physically wrong with my Mac, it just has a screen glitch that should be covered under warranty. Yay! He answered my messages right away, called me with a quote and took it apart in front of me and explained everything he was doing. And did I mention he's super friendly and personable to boot? I hope I never have reason to take any of my Apple products for repair again, but if I do I will never go anywhere else. Guelph is lucky to have this guy!!
