The saddest indoor play area I've ever had to go for my kid's morning outing. The equipment was worse than abandoned toys on the street, mismatched, half broken, missing pieces...infrastructure is just a lawsuit waiting to happen, rules were haphazard. Staff were teens who didn't seem to enjoy their jobs at all, condescending and passive aggressively patronizing towards the children who asked questions..I can go on for days. Don't waste your time or money there.
This is a wonderful children’s center. The kids have a fantastic time, the staff organizes many engaging activities, and there is excellent safety—both when it comes to food and the play areas. Staff are very professional and nice. And We kindly ask parents to be mindful if their child tends to be aggressive or difficult to manage. In such cases, it may be best to work with them at home before bringing them to places like this, to ensure a safe and positive experience for all children. If your child is able to follow guidance, please take a moment to talk with them beforehand. Explain that, just like at school, being respectful, gentle, and considerate with others is important in a place where many children play together. With everyone’s cooperation (parents, kids and professionals) we can keep this a fun and safe environment for all.
We just had our son's 7th birthday party at Bulldog and opted for the Nerf theme. All of the kids had a fantastic time! The staff were very friendly and kept the kids active and engaged. We will definitely be back!
I wanted to give negative rating but there was no option. I sent my son during 2022 summer break when this incident happened. I gave money at the desk so my son could eat pizza in the lunch, when I went in the evening to pick him up he started crying that they didn’t let him eat pizza stating his parents didn’t give money. I talked to them and they admitted it was a mistake at their end, they refunded the money but I felt terrible that my 7 year old didn’t eat entire day and they had no courtesy to call us to enquire knowing the kid will be hungry the entire day.
My son had a birthday party at Bulldog for kids. The guy who was in charge was super friendly, patient and kind with the kids. The place was very clean. My son and his friends had a blast. Amin was the staff member who was in charge. He related well with kids and was very compassionate. Thank you Amin for celebrating the party with us. You are wam, kind and personable. We will highly recommend this place for birthday parties. All the staff members were very polite and pleasant.
Kids went for a nerf night! Cost was very reasonable for an activity. Snacks were also provided for little cost. Boy of my children had a lot of fun and want to do it again. The young man who ran the event was fun, and the kids enjoyed him a lot.
What a great place!! We had our daughter's birthday party at Bulldog and it was excellent! The kids had so much fun with all the different activities - the climbing treadmill wall was an especially great hit!! The party room was a big space and very clean! Much nicer than a lot of the party rooms out there! Would definitely go back and highly recommend!
