Sergio is the goat!!! I accidently got the wrong flavour and he proceeded to give me the right one. I offered him the wings back, he said to enjoy both! Welcomed me in so kindly and made me and my boyfriend feel welcomed!!
The staff member named Sona was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She made the experience smooth and pleasant. Really appreciated her positive attitude. I would definitely recommend Wingstop for both the food and the service.

My daughter was fine with her chicken tenders, but mine where honey garlic and were horrible.... more like just honey. They had no vinegar or salt for the fries, but the fries were pretty good. I will not go again, and definitely won't recommend it to anyone
great friendly service and food was good, out very fast. the only issue was the abundance of fruit flies EVERYWHERE. it was impossible to enjoy our food when we were having to swat away at least 10 fruit flies our entire meal.
Had a great experience at Wingstop thanks to Shijin! He’s a very customer-friendly and experienced person who really knows how to treat guests right. Shijin was polite, quick, and made sure everything was perfect with our order. You can tell he has strong experience and handles everything with professionalism and a great attitude. Definitely one of the best when it comes to customer service. He made our visit smooth and enjoyable!
I was looking forward to this new location for Guelph, but it did not my expectations what so ever. First, the food is okay but not as good as the other locations such as Mississauga. Secondly, the service here is quite questionable,…the manager here is very unprofessional and condescending to the customers AND the employees. As well as hair in the food. Lastly, the atmosphere is not well kept as the tables are dirty, garbage’s are always extremely full and never taken out.
