Not good place to go and look 4 or 5 star rating they don't deserve even a 0 rating they don't deserve anything they don't know the customer value and how to approach customer.
Worst place to go , i went there today 26 april 2025 , I called them first for the oil change they said 70 dollars and when I went there they were so rude their restroom room was not good and they were very rude. After the oil change I told them that my indicator is not working so they changed it but when I went for the payment he said if you are paying with debit it will be 90 dollars 80+ 10 they are scam don't go there , they don't know how to talk to a customer there is only 2 machanic working and they both are not good also they don't know much about car only few things. I highly recommend not going there . And also if you see they have advertised 40 dollars oil change and when I ask them they said it is the previous advertisement . They are making people fool. They are a scam don't go there . Rest is on you if you still want to go . BIG ZERO for Customer service BIG ZERO for customer approach. BIG ZERO for work done. Worst place I have ever been to, don't know how they are running their business.
I recently visited Vine Auto due to a non-start issue with my car. The mechanic, Mohammad, claimed to have fixed the problem, but the same issue occurred the next day. When I returned, he admitted he wasn't sure what the problem was and suggested it might be the fuel pump. Since he was uncertain, I took my car to Honda, and they were able to fix it instantly—it turned out to be the starter motor. I wouldn't recommend visiting this place; it's not worth the time or money.

Have had Muhammed work on 3 of my vehicles on multiple occassions. He only does what is required and prices are reasonable. Great quality work. Would highly recommend.
Had an emergency with my bmw335i as I was unable to brake properly. Spoke to Fayyaz he was quick to take me in and diagnosed the issue really quick. Squeezed me in on his busy and got the issue resolved quickly. Thanks for the honesty and fixing really quickly!
DO not be fooled by all the previous reviews,i would give it 0 stars if i could. this place and the people working there are hands down the scummiest people i have met, they were extremely rude to my mother who is in her 60s and does not know much about cars. i am baffled as to how these people are in business... if you want to be treated like trash and belittled then go ahead and come here.otherwise take your needs to the countless other auto shops in the city that will appreciate your business.
