People at meat section need to learn how to maintain hygiene. They don't know how to use gloves properly. Touching one's own body or other dirty things with gloves on and then touching meat is disgusting!!! I saw someone eating food with bare hands and then probably didn't wash hands before starting to serve meat. He even touched his head before wearing gloves. Otherwise service is not bad.
We go to this shop on a weekly basis. It has everything you would need. Halal meat, dairy products, dry products, and much more. It even has a restaurant inside it!
I went into this store for the first time to look for chicken hearts, liver and gizzards. I was assured that two packages in the freezer were all three but when I went home to defrost them, they only contained the hearts and gizzards. Please make sure your labels are correct.
I always visit this shop when my regular grocery store doesn’t have the cuts of meat i need mostly when I am cooking Indian or middle eastern food. Irfan there at the shop and his team are great. The larger shop also have spices and other snacks that you would Not normally find in typical grocery stores and that’s what makes this place special.
No sure the expiry dates "printed tags" on dairy products are accurate! Bought a clotted cream / breakfast spread, it was all molded. The manager was not cooperating to return and refund at the beginning.
Best store in town if you require meat or chicken all fresh and verity of pakistani and Indian spices available. For the last 10 years I have been shopping here.
Wife went to buy rib steaks for my birthday. They sold her veal instead of beef, the cap wasn't removed and the bone was under cut by 3 inches (they hung off the side of the plate). They weighed the meat before it was cut, it was tough as a boot and the bag it was sold in wasn't even tied. Pathetic.
