Libby is the kindest most knowledgeable associate ever!! She took her time answering all my questions and listening to my concerns about my hair. Only coming to this store now because of her :)
The staff here are nice, but they make me really uncomfortable. Every time I go in, they don’t let me just shop on my own and they follow me over to wherever I’m going and try to convince me to buy more stuff. Today when I was in, the person who helped me asked me 5 or 6 times about buying other things when I just went in for a couple things. As someone on a budget, it makes me feel weird and bad being pressured to buy more stuff when I can’t. I would also like to just shop in peace sometimes and not be followed around the store.
Shanda was wonderful in helping me find everything I was looking for! She gave me great advice on haircare products and I’m looking forward to my next trip back!
I dread everytime going into this store..why do they follow me around all the dam time and stay until you leave? This is ridiculous. I understand thwy are trying to be helpful but come on seriously like a little hello how are you if fine I mean the store is small if I need help I know where to find it .thwy do not need to stick beside me while I shop ..I wish they would stop doing this it's annoying and turning me from shopping there
Thank you so much to Gina, the store manager! She was so friendly, helpful, and kind. I needed something stronger than purple shampoo or a purple hair mask to tone the blonde in my hair. She gave me a few options and I chose to get the Blonde Brilliance extra strength lathering toner. It worked out great!! Thank you again, Gina.
The female presenting person with the orange hair and bangs (they were wearing a mushroom necklace when I was in, if that helps identify them) was SUPER helpful! I just dyed my hair with the product they recommended and I am super happy with the result! They were super kind and I appreciated them very much! I was in and out in like five minutes. Much love to them!
