I can’t recommend Crown Bath & Kitchen enough! Over the past 15 years, I’ve remodelled 3 kitchens and 6 bathrooms, and Amanda and Harvey have been helpful every step of the way. Harvey is extremely knowledgeable and always helps me with products I purchased years ago. Every time I need anything, I keep coming back to them, even though I live in Mississauga. Their guidance makes choosing the right products easy and stress-free, and the store offers a fantastic selection of stylish, high-quality items. The staff genuinely cares about your experience. My sister is disabled and lives in Fergus and Harvey always goes above and beyond to make sure she receives her order with no hassle. The staff always accommodates to her disabilities.
The salesman ( or whatever he is) behind the desk didn't even bother talking to us or helping us find what we need. Same with the other person working there.

I only rate 1 star because i can't go any lower. I was planning a bathroom reno and needed dimensions and specs on one of their tubs. They wouldn't share these with me until I purchased the tub. How would I know if the tub would fit? Gotta buy it first I guess. This is arrogant, logic and i will find what I need elsewhere.
