Undeniably the best airsoft store in ontario, arguably the best airsoft store in Canada. There is no “funny business” or “bad actors” at this store. They are nothing but honest, their prices are competitive, and their technicians are experienced and well trained on even the most new airsoft technology. Buy something from them and you got a “dud?” Let them know right away and they will make it right for you. They will go out of their way to make sure you are having a good (and safe) time while playing airsoft. Gun not working as it should be, or not working at all? Their techs will get it working again, and they have very good parts management (to make sure none of your accessories or parts go missing during repair while the replica is being “undressed”.) Couldn’t give these guys enough credit for what they do. If you are a “starter” player this is your store. I am an experienced player and they also have the “high-end” stuff, as well as a selection of HPA parts if you prefer the “speedsoft” world. Tight on money but want “the good stuff?” they are always selling used (and in good condition) replicas for those who want to get their hands on more high-end stuff without the high-end price. Just be honest and they will be nothing but honest and helpful back. If i had to pay extra, or drive from out of town to use their services over somebody else, i would.

Wide variety of accessories and lots of choices of Airsoft guns. Very approachable and kind staff, been here couple of times and it never disappoints me.
Haven't been to the store yet but my son and I played our first airsoft game at their field, "The Farm". Rental package was complete with 1000 BBs, mask, magazine, battery and rifle, and fairly priced with no huge deposit. Other fields I've checked out require substantial deposits in rentals and/or don't include key items like BBs. It sounded like it was a much bigger group that day than they're used to but the organizers got creative and the games they ran were a blast. We'll almost certainly be back!

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Spent 300 bucks on a airsoft pistol 6 days ago that has been broken since the day i brought it home, havent even put one mag thru it yet, have been back and fourth between guelph and hamilton 5 times now for them to literally do nothing, now im being told a brand new gun that hasent even had a mag thru it yet now has to be shipped out with no idea when it would even be back, i recomment to anyone go somewhere else with your money, wasted 300 bucks on a BRAND NEW GUN THAT WONT EVEN SHOOT AND THEY WONT EVEN SWITCH IT OUT WITH THE ONE ON THE SHELF!!!!!!
